House Lead/Family Time Coordinator

As part of our PBIS practices, STEAM has houses that students are distributed in. House leads are responsible for distributing their house’s trust cards, managing the weekly house point leaderboard, maintaining the family time website, creating family activities, creating family challenges, planning community outreach activities, ideas for house parties and communicating with and coaching other facilitators in their house.

Google Level 1 Training
August 2017
I led a Google level 1 certification training for middle school campus staff. This allowed campus staff to be knowledgeable on the G Suite for education and provide their students with more purposeful technology rich instruction.
War Room Committee

The war room committee was designed to use student data to increase learning, raise test scores, and empower students to reach their full potential.
Discipline Committee
Communications Liaison

Purpose: The Discipline Committee will work to develop a set of discipline procedures that coordinate administration, teacher and student behaviors that work to ensure the safety, moral, and academic performance of our campus.
Process Champions

Process champions is a leadership role that supports fellow teachers and staff and helps them better implement the Capturing Kids Hearts program in the classroom and school environment.
Pursuing Excellence (PEX) Committee
June 2016 - May 2018
The PEX program was created by a group of teachers and administrators to increase student involvement, lower discipline referrals, teach students essential leadership skills and empower all students to be a part of positive change on campus.
